FEAST OF PRIZES E-RAFFLE MECHANICS

1.  Feast of Prizes is open to all SM Appliance Center customers from August 1 to September 30, 2023.

2.  Ways to earn e-Raffle entries:

  1. Receive one (1) electronic raffle entry for every Php 1,000 worth of single receipt purchase at any SM Appliance Center branch or online channels - www.smappliance.com or https://shopsm.com/collections/sm-appliance (with valid SM Appliance Center sales invoice).
  2. Get additional electronic raffle entries when the customer:
    • Liked and followed SM Appliance Center Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SMAppliance (Earn 5 entries)
    • Used China Bank credit card (earn 3x entries for every Php 1,000 worth of purchase)

3. To participate in the raffle, the customer shall log in to SM Appliance Center’s e-Raffle platform – https://smappliancepromos.com and fill in his/her complete name, home address, contact details and email address.

NOTES:

  • For further validation, customer must provide the following:
    1. Branch of Purchase (If applicable)
    2. Transaction Number (TR No.) or Trans No.
    3. Terminal ID (T-ID)
    4. Total Purchase Amount (Paid Amount)
    5. Date of Purchase
    6. Mode of Payment
    7. Last 4 digits of China Bank credit card used
  • Important Reminder: Customer needs to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Captcha to be able to submit their entries.

4. Upon submitting the entry, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the details of his/her earned entries.

6. A customer can only win ONCE in the entire draw. If a customer’s name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize with the highest value.

7. Incorrect information on the following will make e-Raffle entry null and void:

  • Branch of purchase
  • Transaction Number (TR No.) or Trans No.
  • Terminal ID (T-ID)
  • Total Purchase Amount (Paid Amount)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Mode of payment
  • Last 4 digits of China Bank credit card used

8. The deadline for participating in the e-Raffle is on September 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

9. All raffle draws will be held at SM Retail Headquarters, J.W. Diokno Blvd., MOA Complex, Pasay City on October 9, 2023 (10:00 AM) with the presence of a DTI representative.

10. Winning entries shall be announced after validation. Winners will be notified via electronic mail and registered mail.

11. Winners can claim their prizes from the nearest SM Appliance Center specified in the Notification Letter and shall submit the following:

  • Original notification email or letter received by the winner
  • Original SM Appliance Center Transaction Receipt
  • Printed e-Raffle email confirmation
  • One (1) valid government-issued identification with photo and signature
  • Printed screenshot of liked SM Appliance Center Facebook page

12. For Online Purchase transaction winners, only Philippine residents can claim or receive the item.

13. If claiming through a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter from the winner, along with the requirements mentioned at #11, and the representative’s valid government-issued identification with photo and signature.

14. Prizes will be sent to the specified SM Appliance Center branch in the Notification Letter.

15. SM Appliance Center reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.

16. Upon receipt of the prize, winners will sign a Release and Waiver, and a Claim Certificate that automatically discharges and releases SM Appliance Center from its obligations from the raffle promo. For all appliances prizes, standard manufacturer’s warranty applies.

17. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notification Letter will be forfeited in favor of SM Appliance Center with prior approval from DTI.

18. Any upgrade, change item, and/or additional request made beyond the winning prize is not allowed.

19. Winners shall shoulder 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

20. All Prizes are NOT convertible to cash, but they are transferable. Staycation Gift Certificate is not replaceable when lost, stolen, tampered, damaged, or expired.

21. Employees of SM Appliance Center, SM and its affiliates, or all their sister subsidiary companies, including relatives up to the second degree of affinity or by consanguinity, are not qualified to join SM Appliance Center’s “Feast of Prizes” promo.

STAYCATION PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To facilitate claiming of prizes, winners must present the following documents at the branch specified in the notification letter:

  • Original notification letter received by the winner;
  • Original SM Appliance Center Transaction Receipt;
  • Printed e-Raffle email confirmation; and
  • One (1) valid government issued identification with photo and signature.

2. If claiming through a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter from the winner, along with the requirements mentioned at #1, and the representative’s valid government-issued identification with photo and signature.

3. In the event that the prizes are not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the Notification Letter, it will be forfeited in favor of SM Appliance Center with prior approval from DTI.

4. The overnight accommodation at Pico Sands Hotel is exclusive to a Deluxe Lagoon View Room. A maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 12 years old and below per room is allowed.

5. The overnight accommodation at Taal Vista Hotel is exclusive to a Superior Room. A maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 12 years old and below per room is allowed.

6. The overnight accommodation at Pico Sands Hotel and Taal Vista Hotel is inclusive of a buffet breakfast for two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 12 years old and below.

7. Pico Sands Hotel and Taal Vista Hotel Gift Certificates are valid from January 31, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Not valid on long weekends and government-declared holidays such as Holy Week, Labor Day, Independence Day, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and is subject to availability.

8. Prior reservation is required before check-in. For Pico Sands Hotel winners, bookings should be made directly with Pico Sands Hotel. For Taal Vista Hotel winners, bookings should be made directly with Taal Vista Hotel.

9. Rooms are subject to availability upon actual booking.

10. The Pico Sands Hotel and Taal Vista Hotel Gift Certificates are valid for one (1) time use only.

11. The Pico Sands Hotel and Taal Vista Hotel Gift Certificates are NOT convertible to cash, NOT for sale and has no value until redeemed.

12. Presentation of Gift Certificate upon check-in or before dining is required.

13. Once accommodation is booked, it is non-endorsable and non-transferable. Fees, penalties, and other charges due to re-booking are on the winner’s account.

14. Any hotel upgrade, extension and guest charges made beyond the winning prize shall be shouldered by the winner.

15. SM Appliance Center will not issue any financial guarantee for hotel accommodations.

16. Comprehensive travel insurance shall be shouldered by all winners/passengers; it is optional but highly encouraged.

17. Winners shall follow and should be responsible for the fees and processing of travel health requirements and must comply with the safety health protocols mandated by the government.

18. Airfare, transportation, travel tax, terminal fees, fuel surcharge fees, 20% prize tax, other relevant taxes, and all other fees are not included in the prize and shall, therefore, be shouldered by the winner.
