RAFFLE DETAILS

1. Summer Carnival is open to all SM Appliance Center customers from March 15, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

2. Receive one (1) electronic raffle entry for every Php 1,000 purchase (single receipt) at SM Appliance Center. Triple the chance of winning if customer purchase via AEON Credit Financing Service.

3. The maximum number of entries that a customer gets for a valid transaction is 200.

4. To participate in the eRaffle, customer shall log in SM Appliance eRaffle platform www.smappliancepromos.com and fills in his/her Complete Name, Home Address, Contact Details and Email Address.

Important Reminder: Customer needs to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Captcha to be able to submit their entries.

5. Upon submitting the entry, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the details of his/her earned entries.

6. There will be two (2) eRaffle draws, one on May 10, 2019 and June 10, 2019,
respectively. Here are the breakdown of Prizes (See image below).

7. A customer can only win ONCE in the entire draw. If a customer's name will be drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize with the highest value.

8. Misdeclared information on the following will make his/her eRaffle entry null and void:
• Purchase Amount
• Transaction Number
• Transaction ID Number
• Order Confirmation Number

9. All raffle draws will he held at SM Appliance Corporate Head Office, Building C, J.W. Diokno Blvd., MOA Complex, Pasay City at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on May 10 and June 10, 2019, respectively, with the presence of a DTI representative.

10. Winners will be notified via electronic mail or registered mail if email is not available.

11. To claim prizes, winners must present the following at the branch specified in the notification letter:
• Original notification email or letter received by the winner;
• Original SM Appliance Transaction Receipt;*
• Printed eRaffle email confirmation; and
• One (1) valid government-issued identification with photo and signature.

12. If claiming through a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter from the winner, along with the requirements mentioned at #11, and the representative's valid government issued Identification with photo and signature.

13. Winners can claim their prizes from the nearest SM Appliance Center specified in the Notification Letter.

14. SM Appliance Center reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.

15. Upon receipt of the prize, winners will sign a Release and Waiver, and a Claim Certificate that automatically discharge and release SM Appliance Center from its obligations from the raffle promo. For all appliance prizes, standard manufacturer’s warranty applies.

16. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notification Letter will be forfeited in favor of SM Appliance Center with prior approval from DTI.

17. Winners shall shoulder 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

18. Winners shall shoulder the transportation and other related expenses for trip to Enchanted Kingdom.

19. All prizes are NOT convertible to cash but transferrable; for travel prizes, tickets will no longer be transferrable once booking has been finalized.

20.Employees of SM Appliance Center, SM and its affiliates, AEON Credit Service Inc. and its all sister subsidiary companies, TCL SUN INc., and their advertising agencies and suppliers, Enchanted Kingdom and its affiliates, including relatives up to the second degree of affinity or by consanguinity are not qualified to join the Summer Carnival Promo.


TRAVEL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To facilitate claiming of prizes, winners must present the following documents at the branch specified in the notification letter:
• Original notification or letter received by the winner;
• Original SM Appliance Transaction Receipt;*
• Printed eRaffle email confirmation; and
• One (1) valid government issued identification with photo and signature.

2. If claiming through a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter from the winner, along with the requirements mentioned at #1, and the representative's valid government issued Identification with photo and signature.

3. The four (4) round trip tickets per winner is restricted to Economy Class. Booking valid for six (6) months from issuance of notification letter; excluding holidays.

4. List of Carriers and Hotels per destination are (See image below).

5. In the event that the prizes are not used by the winners, the winning prize shall be forfeited in favor of SM Appliance with prior DTI approval.

6. Travel tickets and hotel bookings are NOT convertible to cash but transferrable.

7. Once the tickets and hotel accommodations are booked, it is non-endorsable/non-transferrable, non-reroutable and non-refundable. Fees, penalties and other charges due to rebooking are on passenger's account.

8. Booking must be coordinated by the sponsor to the travel ticketing office as to preferred date travel of the winners.

9. Any hotel upgrade and travel extension made beyond the winning prize (Airline and Hotel) shall be shouldered by the winners.

10. Winners must hold a valid passport and visa when needed. SM Appliance Center will not issue any hotel accommodation and a financial guarantee for passport or visa applications.

11. All passport and/or visa application fees and other relevant taxes, including travel tax, if any, are to be paid by winners/passengers.
