A. E-RAFFLE MECHANICS

1)  LIBRENG APPLIANCES ARAW-ARAW promo is open to all SM Appliance Center customers from November 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026.

2)  Ways to earn e-raffle entries:

  1. Receive one (1) electronic raffle entry for every ₱ 1,000 worth of single-receipt purchase at any SM Appliance Center branch or online channel - www.smappliance.com (with valid SM Appliance Center sales invoice).
  2. Get additional five (5) electronic raffle entries when the customer Likes and Follows SM Appliance Center Facebook page at www.facebook.com/SMAppliance.

3) To participate in the e-raffle, customer shall log in to SM Appliance Center’s e-raffle platform – www.smappliancepromos.com and fill in his/her complete name, home address, contact details, and valid email address.

  • For further validation, customer must provide the following:
    1. Branch of Purchase (If applicable)
    2. Transaction Number (TR No.) or Trans No.
    3. Terminal ID (T-ID)
    4. Total Purchase Amount (Paid Amount)
    5. Date of Purchase
    6. Mode of payment (BDO credit card or Others)
    7. Last 4 digits of BDO Credit Card used

Important Reminder: Customer needs to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Captcha to be able to submit their entries.

4) Upon submitting the entry, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the details of his/her earned entries.

5) Entries and winners shall be divided into 5 groups:

7) A customer can only win ONCE in the entire draw. If a customer’s name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize with the highest value.

8) Incorrect and incomplete information on the following will make e-raffle entry null and void:

  • Branch of purchase
  • Transaction Number (TR No.) or Trans No.
  • Terminal ID (T-ID)
  • Total Purchase Amount (Paid Amount)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Mode of payment (BDO credit card or Others)
  • Last 4 digits of BDO Credit Card used

9) The deadline for participating in the e-raffle is on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

10) All raffle draws will be held at SM Retail Headquarters, J.W. Diokno Blvd., MOA Complex, Pasay City on January 19, 2026 (10:00 AM) with the presence of a DTI representative.

11) Winning entries shall be announced on February 2, 2026 after validation. Winners will be notified via electronic mail or registered mail, if e-mail is not available.

12) Winners can claim their prizes from the SM Appliance Center branch specified in the Notification Letter and shall submit the following:

  • Original notification email or letter received by the winner
  • Original SM Appliance Center Transaction Receipt
  • Printed e-raffle email confirmation
  • One (1) valid government-issued identification with photo and signature
  • Printed screenshot of liked and followed SM Appliance Center Facebook page

13) Prizes can only be claimed or received by Philippine residents.

14) If claiming through a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter from the winner, along with the requirements mentioned at #12, and the representative’s valid government-issued identification with photo and signature.

15) SM Appliance Center reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.

16) Upon receipt of the prize, winners will sign a Release and Waiver, and a Claim Certificate that automatically discharges and releases SM Appliance Center from its obligations from the raffle promo. For all appliances prizes, standard manufacturer’s warranty applies.

17) Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notification Letter will be forfeited in favor of SM Appliance Center with prior approval from DTI.

18) Any upgrade, change item, and/or additional request made beyond the winning prize is not allowed.

19) Winners shall shoulder 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding ₱ 10,000.

20) Prizes are NOT convertible to cash, but they are transferable.

21) The winner of the vehicle shall shoulder the cost of registration and clearance, comprehensive insurance, freight/ shipping (if applicable), and other tax-related expenses.

22) The promo winner must be willing to claim their vehicle prize at Evolander Motor Corporation Mitsubishi Taytay, and cover any vehicle freight/ shipping expenses and transportation costs to and from Evolander Motor Corporation Mitsubishi Taytay.

23) To facilitate vehicle registration, the winner must provide the following information to Mitsubishi:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Driver's License copy/details
  • LTO portal details

24) Employees of SM Appliance Center, SM and its affiliates, or all their sister subsidiary companies, including relatives up to the second degree of affinity or by consanguinity, are not qualified to join SM Appliance Center’s LIBRENG APPLIANCES ARAW-ARAW promo.

B. BDO ₱500 DISCOUNT PROMO MECHANICS

1) The “Exclusive P500 Discount Promo with BDO Credit Cards” (“Promo”) is open to all eligible Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, Unionpay) and BDO-issued American Express cards.

The following cards are NOT eligible to participate in the promo: BDO Corporate Cards, BDO Commercial Cards, BDO Debit Cards, and BDO Cash Cards.

2) Promo runs from November 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026 in all SM Appliance Center branches nationwide.

3) Qualified BDO Credit Cardholders will get P500 off for every P35,000 installment spend (0% or with interest up to 24 months; net of all applicable discounts) in a single-receipt.

4) The Promo is valid for in-store transactions only.

5) The Promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
